Registration & Refund Policy

At DFWREIN, we offer 10-15 free events per month and 10-15 paid per month. We very much appreciate advance registration for all events.

To facilitate our support of your continuing education, please note the policies below.

1. Event registration is available on our website, in person at the address above and by telephone at 972-671-7346.
2. Event registration shall be reserved for Members only for all paid events with the exception of our Monthly Meeting and other networking events. These excluded events are of a meet-the-members nature where no formal program of continuing education is presented.
   • "Members" is defined as those persons having current membership with DFWREIN for longer than two weeks before the start of any professional development course in which they might want to participate.
   • Some courses of a highly specialized nature may require registration two weeks in advance for all parties.
3. Payment as needed is due upon registration.
4. Should a registrant be unable to attend, DFWREIN will refund or credit funds to another event provided notice is given in 24 hours in advance.
5. No refund shall be due if registrant fails to provide notice. No call + No show = No refund.

Should a registrant complete one-half or less of the event and find dissatisfaction with the course; and who requests a refund in writing, providing a reasonable basis for their dissatisfaction, no later than the fourteenth day after the date the course is concluded; said refund of the event fee shall be honored. All refunds are delivered within ten (10) days.

If an instructor must be substituted, the substituted instructor will be as qualified or better than the replaced instructor. If a teacher can not be found, the class will be canceled and all class fees will be refunded within three (3) days. A change of instructor is a reasonable basis for dissatisfaction in a course.
